Features of human full-length IGF2BP protein family. Full-length IGF2BPs have a high identity in their domains, with two RRM (RNA recognition motif) and four KH (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K homology) domains. The RRM domain may mediate interactions with other RBPs (RNA-binding proteins) and the stability of RNA-protein complexes, and the KH domain is responsible for recognizing and binding RNA.
