Secretory mechanism of major immunosuppressive cytokines in the TME. Tumor cells secrete IL-1, IL-8, IL-10, CSF-1 and other cytokines to bind to receptors on the surface of macrophages, regulating the expression of related immunosuppressive genes, increasing secretion of a variety of tumor-promoting factors such as TGF-β, inhibiting secretion of anti-tumor factors, so as to affect the immunity of main cells in the TME and promote tumor immune escape
