Concussion-related symptoms in male and female footballers. SCAT measures of symptom number (a) and symptom severity (b) were both increased in male footballers at 2-days after SRC when compared to pre-season baseline (**p=0.006). No differences in symptom number and severity compared to baseline were found at 6- and 13-days in males, and female footballers diagnosed with SRC, between baseline and 2-, 6- and 13-days after SRC. c Female footballers overall scored less on the SAC component of the SCAT3 at 2-days when compared to baseline (***p< 0.001).
