Secondary transplantation of EAR-2 bone marrow chimeras results in acute leukemia. a Survival of secondary transplant recipients (n = 8 GFP and n = 8 EAR-2). Animals that received secondary-transplantation with EAR-2+ BM showed infiltration by leukemia cells in the (b i) bone marrow, (ii) spleen, (iii) liver and (iv) peripheral blood.
