The effect of triptolide on cisplatin-induced CHK1 phosphorylation at Ser317/345 and ATM phosphorylation at Ser1981 in A549 and HTB182 lung tumor cells. The A549 and HTB182 lung tumor cells were treated with triptolide (10 ng/ml for A549 and 5 ng/ml for HTB182), cisplatin (5 μM), or a combination of triptolide and cisplatin for 20 h. The cells were collected and 30 μg of total protein from each cell lysate was used in the western blotting
