The involvement of Sestrin2 in cancer biology. Sestrin2 is vastly involved in different dimensions of cancer biology. Sestrin2 decreases immune responses particularly those related to T cells and NK cells, however, it upregulates FAS and TNFR1 to induce apoptosis.
