Function of lncRNAs in regulating TGF-β signaling pathway to affect HCC tumorigenesis. In HCC, regulation of many related or downstream molecules in TGF-β signaling pathway were reported to be relevant to specific lncRNAs: upregulation of LTBP (MALAT1), upregulation of TGFβ1 (NEAT1, MEG3 and AWPPH), upregulation of SMADs (Lnc34a, KRT19, Lnc-LFAR1 and LINC01278), upregulation or stabilization of TGFBRs (NORAD, KRT19, HANR and H19).
