Table 2 Basic information about the markers and the reagents used. Note that the numbering of the markers begins with 0 in compliance with the TIS software. The name of the marker and qualifiers or alternative names are provided in the second column, and accession numbers and gene names are listed in the third and fourth columns for markers that are single gene products (this excludes cellular autofluorescence and polymerized actin). Antibody suppliers and catalog numbers are in the fifth and six columns, respectively.
