This list shows the markers present [1] or absent (0), and the frequency (# of pixels; abundance) of each CMP in the full image. The number of different CMPs (2228) in the whole image is shown on the bottom line. An area (inset) defining four CMPs circumscribed with a dotted line is shown in detail in Panel A. The bottom line of the image (Panel B) shows the total CMP/marker for the CMPs in the example. See also Fig. 6
