  1. Notes: The majority of patients considered in this table were reported as having the t(7;12) in the karyotype of their leukaemic cells. However, in 4 cases [13, 50, 56] the fusion transcript was described in patients with abnormalities of 7q and or 12p, implying that the t(7;12) might have been present, but underestimated in these cases
