Figure shows results of microarray analysis performed on four R6/2 versus three WT mice using LIMMA package: (A) Volcano plot shows the –log10 of p-values against the genes biological effect expressed as log2 transformed fold change. Cutoff values are set to p < 0.05 and abs FC > 1.3. (B) Bi-dimensional cluster (obtained by using correlation and Euclidean distances between genes and strains, respectively, and applying average linkage method) shows the 23 most significant differentially expressed probe sets [p < 0.001 and abs FC > 2].
