Arrows with 2 different types of lines indicate the relationship between factors: solid lines with arrow indicate a “positive influence” and dotted lines with arrow indicate a “negative influence.” For example, PCSK3, 5, and 6 inactivates EL (Figure 2A(2)). In contrast, solid lines with arrow indicate a “positive influence.” For example, PCSK9 inhibition decreases serum APOB level (Figure 2(5)).
